Ragnarok Online will initially relaunch during the Ragna Festival event ,which will be held this May 7.
Full details regarding a server launch including experience and drop rates have yet to be announced but we’re expecting the information and details to be revealed at the event.
Philippine Ragnarok Online (pRO) was first introduced to Pinoy gamers through the partnership of Gravity and Level Up! Games way back in 2003.
Since then, pRO gained the distinction of being one of the country’s most popular MMORPG game through the years with its simple yet addicting gameplay that lured in thousands of concurrent players.
However, the competitive and ever-changing gaming environment eventually caught up to the players, and pRO—a 2D game in an industry that has been continuously pushing the boundaries of gaming graphics—was forced to officially call it quits and close its local servers in 2015.
