Last year, we saw how cronuts drove the whole world crazy. People were lining up in ridiculously long queues just to get their hands on the delicious croissant-doughnut pastry. And it didn’t take long before the Philippines gave in and took a bite at it.

But that was last year.

So, we say move over cronuts, because we’ve just round up the most unusual Pinoy food crossovers! Our yummy picks below!

Quiznos Sisig Submarine Sandwich

We can tell that the guys from Quiznos are really doing their homework by coming up with this original sisig submarine sandwich. Imagine a plentiful serving of sisig sprinkled over submarine bread and topped with thick melted cheese. Getting hungry? Kami rin!

Available at all Quiznos branches or visit their Facebook page here!

Siopant

Jonas Pares House sure was innovating and not imitating when they came up with the Siopant. It’s actually a croissant-shaped siopao dough with a ham and cheese filling. Say, how about filling it with beef pares next time?

Available in all Jonas Pares branches

NEXT: Chicharon covered in chocolate!
