United States President-elect Donald Trump has been selected as TIME Magazine’s Person of the Year.

According to editor-in-chief Nancy Gibbs, Trump was easily their top choice especially since 2016 unfolded as an extremely engaging election year.

“Every year we choose the person of the year who is the individual who has had the most influence on events, for better or worse,” she said.

“It’s hard to argue that anyone had more influence than Donald Trump over the events of this year,” she added.

Check out TIME Magazine’s cover featuring Trump as their Person of the Year:

Under his name is the title of “President of the Divided States of America.” For his part, Trump said it wasn’t him that divided the country, adding that he will be the one to unite it.

Meanwhile, eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the placement of the letter M on the president-elect’s head made he seem like having two horns.

Some even claimed that TIME Magazine did this intentionally to portray Trump as the devil but their management already denied this saying it was purely coincidental.

Others didn’t pass up the chance to mention that Trump was now among the ranks of other TIME Persons of the Year such as Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin, who went down in history as dictators.

But the most entertaining observation is how strikingly familiar Hitler’s 1938 cover is compared to Trump’s. Both are seated on a chair with identical poses. The only difference is they’re facing the opposite direction.

Are all of these just a coincidence? You decide.
