Billionaire Donald Trump—who is the Republican Party's bet in the November 2016 US presidential polls—was on a racist tirade again on Thursday, August 4. For the nth time, Trump declared how much he detested the immigrants whom he has accused of threatening the US.
An Agence France-Presse (AFP) report pointed out that Trump "has built his campaign around an anti-immigration platform" and believes that "terrorists, including members of the Islamic State extremist group, will sneak into the United States as refugees."
At a rally in Portland, Maine, Trump told the crowd, "We are letting people come in from terrorist nations that shouldn't be allowed because you can't vet them."
He added, "You have no idea who they are. This could be the great Trojan horse of all time. This is a practice that has to stop."
Trump went on to list the countries whom he believes were the alleged sources of the terrorist threat: Afghanistan, Iraq, Morocco, Pakistan, the Philippines, Somalia, Syria, Uzbekistan, and Yemen."
"We're dealing with animals," Trump declared.
