President Rodrigo Duterte has released the matrix that apparently links Senator Leila de Lima and six others to the illegal drug trade inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP).

The list includes Former Justice Undersecretary Francisco Baraan III, Pangasinan Administrator Raffy Baraan, Pangasinan Board Member Raul Sison, General Franklin Bucayo, a certain “Ms Cardenosa,” and De Lima’s supposed ex-driver-lover Ronnie Dayan, the Inquirer reported.

Based on the matrix, de Lima has the biggest influence among the said individuals as she communicates with Francisco Baraan, Bucayo, and Dayan who in turn transact with the others.

Baraan was her trusted aide inside the Department of Justice when she served as its secretary while she appointed Bucayo as Bureau of Corrections head.

“De Lima, you are finished. Tapos ka na. Sunod [na] eleksyon?” Duterte said during a midnight press conference in Davao City on Thursday, August 25.

Aside from the matrix, the president also revealed that de Lima has a new boyfriend named Warren from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), GMA News reported.

Nagmo-motor... Iyong hagad na escort niya. MMDA. Sino may sabi sa akin? Isa sa mga nag-report, noon pa... Si [Francis] Tolentino, ang [former] MMDA chairman kasi may sulat si de Lima sa kanya binigay ni Tolentino [sa akin],” he said.

Sabagay to the credit of de Lima, she is legally annulled kagaya ko rin sa asawa ko. Pareho kaming annulled. Dalaga siya, but her sex escapades led her to commit several serious violations of law.”

Duterte also insisted that De Lima was indeed the woman who was shown on the thumbnail of her supposed sex video spreading online.

Lumabas na lahat, pati ‘yung kalokohan niya sa kama. Hindi Photoshop yan, sinadya talaga ng lalaki yan at pumayag yan. Because na-in-love," alleged the president.

De Lima, who led a senate hearing on extrajudicial killings under the Duterte administration, has vehemently denied the allegations and has asked Duterte to stop the personal attacks against her.
