Just when we thought we were in for a waterlogged weekend thanks to an outpour that brought Luzon to a standstill last Friday, the sun came out just in time for Saturday and Sunday. Heavy flooding occurred in many parts of the metro, but mercifully, Bagyong Mario opted not to extend his stay, and therefore wasn't able to cause further damage.

The piece was created by artist Toym Leon Imaw, and also featured Michael The Archangel in Voltes V cosplay atop the metal demonhead.

No more fiddling around with create-a-player sliders! Just look into the camera, and voila, you're virtual self will be playing with the Durants and LeBrons of the world.

3)   Superhero News: Deadpool movie out in 2016

Fans of the fast-talking Deadpool who saw him in the poorly received X-Men Origins: Wolverine will now get a chance to see him star in his own movie. Last Saturday, September 20, 20th Century Fox announced that the hero/anti-hero will star in his own film to be released on February 2016. Though no official confirmation has been released regarding the actor who will play Deadpool, it is widely speculated that Ryan Reynolds will reprise the role.
