FHM staffers who were looking for a spankin' good time the other night ended up crashing the T.G.I. Friday's Asia-Pacific Bartending Competition at the diner's Bonifacio High Street branch last Tuesday, September 10. We went because we heard it was a mixology contest. Which, of course, meant one thing: a shit load of fine cocktails! Yeah, boy!
This year's contestants are champions from their respective countries: Matt Ambler from Australia, Yogesh Yadav from India, Daniel Lee from South Korea, Koki Yokoyama from Japan, Wang Zhai from China, and our country's own, Genrev Bacasno. At stake was a spot in the much grander, much prestigious World Bartending Championships later this year.
So how did our Filipino delegate fare against the best of the best? Hit the gallery below to find out!
