I went to a mall in Makati to meet with my friends for a boys’ night out. They told me to meet them at the lobby where they’d pick me up going to the bar. One of my friends texted me that they were almost in front of the lobby, and that he’s driving his white sedan.
Excited, I hurriedly rode the first white sedan I saw in the lobby. A panicking driver surprised me while he was shouting and telling me to get out the car. I almost instantly fell off, and noticed that my friends followed just behind. The mall guards looked so suspicious and alarmed with the episode; I was so close to seeming like a hijacker.
