Kris Aquino has done it again.
Here's the post:
About to sleep, Bimb took this picture- decided to post this so we can all have a good laugh tonight sa karma ng kaartehan ko 😂 na SUNBURN ako ng bongga- nabilad in Fort Santiago at the peak of the just before noon heat... You'll love the sense of humor of my sister Viel, baka daw my entire back nag ka lace patterned sunburn. Si Bimb naman said the shape of the sunburn is like the Batman mask from the Michael Keaton era 🤓... GOOD NIGHT. #LoveLoveLove
We honestly don't know how to feel about this.
Kris might have put a disclaimer ("a good laugh") at the beginning of the post; the only problem was, she was having a "good laugh" over the Pinoy commuter’s plight—a very delicate subject, that was all the more aggravated by the international business meet.
We may have given her the benefit of the doubt, but the same cannot be said for Krissy's fellow Instagram users...
Many weren't too amused by what they deemed an "insensitive" deed.
Especially with the use of those three words.
Her statement might have been more acceptable if...
Some were simply left aghast.
Others tried to look on the bright side.
One even responded to Krissy's call for suggestions on how to treat sunburns. (Or not.)
If someone had done this in the first place, then maybe it wouldn't have to come to this.
Turning episodes of her daily drama, like this one, into primetime TV isn't far-fetched. We're talking about Kris Aquino here, after all.
Time to call a behavioral expert?
Still, the best comments were those that were pretty straightforward.
Moral of the story? Always bring an umbrella.
