So this just happened.

The scorching young girl below is Kris Bernal, who, last time we checked, was made of all things sweet and wholesome and cute. So imagine our surprise when the February 2015 cover of Muse featured the Kapuso star in a dress that happens to show a lot of skin.

Kris, who was photographed by Renz Mar Velasco, donned several alluring outfits for the shoot, including one that's sort of inspired by Fifty Shades. "This is just the beginning. It's not that the old me is bad; it's just that the old me can improve," the actress wrote on Instagram. Improvement achieved!

This particular outfit almost gave us a heart attack. "This is the most daring thing I've ever done," she says. "I wondered if I could deliver what was expected of me, but I'm very thankful to the people who were there during the photo shoot, especially my friends. I thank them for making me feel that I could do it, and I did."

Now that Kris has a sexy photo shoot to her name, does this mean that she's ready to take on, ehem, FHM? If her pole dancing photos on Instagram are any indication, we reckon she's a lot more comfy with her body now.

Kris says she plans to take pole dancing seriously this year, so that sounds like a mighty wonderful concept for an FHM cover shoot. #JustSayin

She now has all the right curves in all the right places, so, you know, the timing is perfect.
