According to the 2017 Passport Index, we are tied with Zimbabwe in 65th place of the global passport rankings.
The Philippines has a visa-free score of 61, which means that we can only visit around 30 countries without having to apply for additional travel documents.
These countries include Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam to name a few.
In case you were wondering, you still need a visa going to popular destinations like Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Meanwhile, the most powerful passports are held by Germany and Singapore which are tied at the top spot with a visa-free score of 159.
Sweden took the second spo,t while nine countries including France, Spain, the UK and the US are all tied at third.
In Asia, Singapore is followed by South Korea (3rd), Japan and Malaysia (tied at 4th).
Grouped together at the bottom of the rankings are Iraq, Pakistan, and Afghanistan that got the 91st to 93rd spots, respectively.
