Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Ronald 'Bato' dela Rosa has had enough with erring members of the police force, especially those who harass South Koreans nationals.

In a footage shown by TV5, the usually jolly top cop was shown fuming as he dropped expletive after expletive while facing the cops allegedly involved in the extortion of some Koreans last December.

“P01 ka pa lang p-------- ka, ilang taon ka na sa serbisyo? Five years? P01 ka pa rin. Bakit hindi ka ma-promote? Kaya nag-sindikato ka na lang,” he said.

Bakit niyo pinera? Bakit niyo binugbog? Anong klaseng legitimate operation [yun]? T------ nakakahiya kayo sobra-sobra ang ginawa ninyo.

Dela Rosa also made the cops from Angeles City in Pampanga do push-ups and warned the officials that they too will be reprimanded if they don’t shape up their personnel.

Dela Rosa, who has recently offered to resign from his post due to the current issues the PNP is facing, has vowed to cleanse the organization from corrupt cops.

President Rodrigo Duterte, for his part, said the PNP was “corrupt to the core” but declined Dela Rosa’s resignation, saying his administration needs him.

The PNP has been recently under fire for the killing of South Korean businessman Jee Ick Joo, who was apparently extorted for cash and murdered by cops at the PNP’s headquarters in Camp Crame.
