It obviously doesn't matter now, but we admit that we really wanted to see Rihanna last night. But those ticket prices...boy, they were mighty ridiculous! A single VIP ticket alone would have cost us a whopping 23 grand, which, let's be honest here, ain't the most practical thing. And so we had no choice but to get our RiRi fix from Instagram-addicted celebrities who went to see the Barbadian Bombshell in the flesh last night.

If you share the same sentiment, then bro, let's just high five this one out.

And so, and we're doing this with a heavy heart, below is our reasons why we're perfectly fine with not being at the RiRi concert. It's fine. It's cool.

Oh, who are we kidding? It's not.

We were told RiRi came out much, much later than the scheduled 8 p.m. call time. But then again, have you ever been to a massive concert that started right on schedule?

Rihanna did not belt out her biggest hits until much later in the concert. Among the songs featured on her first set: "Phresh Out the Runway," "Birthday Cake," "Talk That Talk," "Pour It Up," and "Numb." Okay, so we love those songs too, but whatever...

It was kind of freezing inside the SM Mall of Asia Arena, so Rihanna spent half of the concert wearing hip hop shorts and a coat. She eventually stripped down to a bikini though, but hey, whose side are you on!?

Rihanna's second act included "You Da One," "Man Down," "Rude Boy," and "What's My Name," four of her fairly popular songs. And then she briefly exited the stage, probably to change outfits. But we'd like to think she went to the back to take a moment of silence for those who weren't able to make it to the show.

NEXT: We're totally "fine" with the part where she sang "Umbrella"
