Admit it: popping zits is fun. It's gross, disgusting, and also, utterly compelling.

But not as fun as watching someone else do it.

Witness: the videos of Dr.  Sandra Lee a.k.a. Drpimplepopper on Instagram, which features the fine and delicate art of pimple popping and cyst-extraction. Even better: they're taken in extreme close-up.

Shockingly, her clips had gotten millions of views despite the fact that they’re not exactly visual hors d'ouevres—at least to those who aren't one of her 100,000 followers. In an interview with Buzzfeed, the Californian dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon shares her speculation on why the page has been a hit: “For many, I think there is an enormous feeling of satisfaction or resolution when they watch blackheads being extracted or pimples being popped. And who doesn’t want to feel good and relaxed?”

Ready to feel "good and relaxed?" Below we've compiled the juiciest, nastiest clips from her channel. A word of warning: If you think you aren’t as brave as her subscribers, GO AWAY NOW.

Take a deep breath, tigyawat nation!

The biggest surprise? Dr. Sandra Lee isn't exactly a mad, wart-riddled witch with a penchant for freaking the hell out of us with her own brand of body dysmorphia. In reality, she's really just a mild-mannered skin doctor with a penchant for taking the occasional car selfie:

Surprised, aren't you?
