Alright, lazy boys, we have some bad news for you. According to a recent study published in Science Daily, men who have an active lifestyle and exercise more have a better erectile and sexual function. That means they can last longer and perform better in bed than the average Juan. Simply put, working out can make you a better sex partner!

Almost 300 participants were gathered and thoroughly interviewed about their overall sexual function and on how active they are when it comes to sex. The researchers measured their ability and frequency of erections, and the rate of their orgasms. They found out that men who exercise frequently attained higher function scores compared to those who don't, especially those who smoke cigarettes.
"This study is the first to link the benefits of exercise in relation to improved erectile and sexual function in a racially diverse group of patients," says Dr. Adriana Vidal, senior author of the study, in a statement.
Based on the results, 18 metabolic equivalents (or METS) per week achieve higher sexual function scores. For you non-fitness speaking brothers, MET is equivalent to both the total time and intensity of an exercise. The target total of 18 METS can be attained by combining exercises with different intensities. It should also include two hours of strenuous exercise such as running or swimming, or three and a half hours of moderate exercise, or if you're really a lazy son of gun, six hours of light exercise.
Please don't try this at home, especially in the gym!
