We’re officially declaring you an FHM icon now—the youngest ever even. How does that sounds to you?

It’s well deserved. Did you know that even during your hiatus, you never dropped out of our 100 Sexiest list?
It’s an honor that, for how many years, hindi ako nawawala or napupunta sa pinakamababa—kahit na hindi naman ako masyadong naging visible.

You were away for a good cause, though, which was to finish your studies. Us males fantasize about going back to college for an entirely different reason, but what was it like to go back for you?
Actually, my first option was to study in a co-ed school.

More on “respected” ako noon, ako yung gusto nila mag-decide sa mga bagay dahil experienced ako.

We’re also curious about how your professors dealt with having a celebrity in their class all of a sudden.
May ibang teacher naman who think na iniisip kong pwedeng magkaroon ng favoritism for me. May isa na ganun ang sinabi sa akin, parang, “O porke't artista ka, bibigyan kita ng special treatment”—which I didn’t expect to be done for me naman. Yung iba, maraming tinatanong about showbiz, na nakakatuwa naman. But in terms of grading, naging fair sila.

So you were never tempted to curry some favors?
I tried to, ha ha!
