Resemblances to FHM cover lady Karel Marquez notwithstanding, you’re pretty sure you’ve seen Pauline before.

If not for her girl group’s recurring appearances in the magazine, then in one of Playgirls’ close to six-year singing, dancing, and tili-inspiring onstage pyrotechnics—give or take a few members, but there’s always been Pauline.

Does this mean she’s ditching the rest of the group for good? “No. But for a change, it’s Pauline muna,” she tells us. Pauline muna also prefers playing video games over getting sleep, enjoys funny/sarcastic tweets, and she has an especially soft spot for old Tagalog movies that are “cheesy and baduy pero funny.”

Plus she wants you to take her clothes off. That’s hot.

Do you have any special rituals when it comes to undressing for your special someone?
Watching porn first? Ha ha! I prefer to be turned on initially. For me kasi you have to work for it—so I like it when the guy does the undressing for me, It’s sexier, and all that unwrapping makes me feel like a chocolate bar. So it’s sweet also. Ha ha!

Where do you usually prefer to start?
I like to start at the top and work my way to the bottom. Bras before panties! Pero that’s just usually when I’m in charge. When it comes to undressing naman there are no rules, kasi ang ending naked pa din naman. Ha ha!

Speaking of naked, did you feel especially vulnerable in this shoot without the rest of the Playgirls? You seemed quiet on set. Or is that how you really are?
Actually no, I’m very fun to be around and I like talking a lot. Siguro nga I just felt weird without the Playgirls. I’m used to doing our FHM shoots together. So I had a different vibe going for this one.

What has your group been up to?
We have new members—Carmen and Ann, who are sisters—well, relatively new. They’ve been with the Playgirls for more than a year now. We still do shows abroad. We’ve performed in Cambodia, Bahrain and then we’ll be back in Japan this month for our second tour. And then hopefully doing shows in Lebanon and Korea this year as well. I guess the difference between our performance then and now is, instead of focusing on the singing, we do much more choreographed dancing now.

But in the meantime, it’s just you.
Yes, for this shoot—and for a change—it’s just Pauline muna.
