We probably will never have have Saitama's otherworldly, monster-wrecking strength, but at least we can walk in his shoes...

Ladies and gents, check out the Shoes of the Hero high-top sneakers inspired by One-Punch Man's bald protagonist!

Before you dismiss it as just another anime-inspired kicks, this sneaker line is actually the product of a partnership between footwear company UBIQ and Yusuke Murata, One-Punch Man's illustrator. So yeah, it goes beyond being a mere "imitation."

Just to be clear though, the shoe doesn't look like the boots Saitama wears in the series. It, however, has all the necessary design elements—from the color scheme to the "PUNCH" label at the base of the heel—that will make you go "Uy, One-Punch Man!"

Interested? Too bad it's not available in the Philippines. But if you have friends in Japan, ask them to drop by the Laforet Harajuku department store in Tokyo from today until the 26th and buy one for you. Anime goods label Hybrid Mind Market is now having a sale there featuring One-Punch Man merchandise. Tell them to also prepare 8,900 yen (around P3,500).

For those who know zilch about the series though, doesn't it remind you of a certain giant fast food chain? Go and take another look...
