Say what you want, but boots are an essential for any man's wardrobe. Its ruggedness prepares us for anything that our daily commute might throw at us—rainy weather, people stepping on our kicks, and in the worst of cases, motorcycles rolling over our feet. Yikes!

And just like your trusty pair of sneakers, there are so many styles available in the market—from leather, suede, lace-up, buckled, and more.

Now, there are number of ways to wear your jeans with your boots. Chances are, you've got some sartorial anxiety whenever you don these stylishly high-cut shoes. Hence, we've compiled a few OOTD inspirations below with some style tips for your guidance.

1) Tucked

Style tip: The simplest and most common way to wear your boots is to tuck your jeans into them. Make sure you're wearing skinny jeans or a slim fit (avoid trouser and boot cut) so they don't wiggle out. Another trick is to tuck the hem into a pair of socks.

2) Cuffed

Style tip: For a casual and easy going vibe, roll your hem twice (or thrice) so it lands just above your boots. Be careful your cuff doesn't look too stiff or thick. The way you roll the end of your pants can affect your entire look—and, of course, help show off your stylish pair.

3) Stacked

Style tip: Stacking is a fancy way of saying "I'm too lazy to care, so I'll just let the hem rest on top of my shoes." You know you've done a perfect stack when, well, it looks like a stack of baggy folds. Stacking can look great with slim denims paired with chukkas or suede boots.
