The rainy season is upon us. But even if it's wet outside, it doesn't mean we have to lock ourselves away inside our houses.

There are plenty of events heating up the metro this weekend. Check them out below:

1) Friday Fright Night

WHEN: November 4, 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: National Science Complex Amphitheater in Quezon City
WHAT'S UP: The folks over PS Production are hosting a film festival outdoors. They'll be showing some of the best horror flicks. This will give you your perfect dose of screams and goosebumps.

2) The Dawn Trenta: The Repeat

WHEN: November 5, 9:00 p.m.
WHERE: The Music Museum in San Juan City
WHAT'S UP: It's been a while since we last saw the legendary Pinoy rock band The Dawn perform live. This night will surely be fantastic with vocalist Jett Pangan, drummer Jun Boy Leonor and bassist Buddy Zabala who'll play OPM favorites "Salamat" and "Iisang Bangka."

3) C'est La Vie: Malaya 3rd Anniversary

WHEN: November 5, 9:00 p.m.
WHERE:  saGuijo Café + Bar in Makati City
WHAT'S UP: Allow Johnoy Danao, Kitchie Nadal, Session Road, and The Sun Manager to soothe your tired senses this weekend. They can uplift the weakest of spirits or recharge a brain after a punishing workweek.

4) TLC x SWV Live in Manila

WHEN: November 6, 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao City
WHAT'S UP: Take your girlfriend on a concert date this weekend. She'll surely love to see two of the hottest female groups of the '90s. TLC will hopefully play "Waterfall" and SWV prepared songs such as "Weak" and "You're the One."

5) The 2016 Clean Air Concert

WHEN: November 8, 5:00 p.m.
WHERE: Market Market Activity Center in Bonifacio Global City
WHAT'S UP: Prepare for a head banging concert as OPM legends Gloc 9, Silent Sanctuary and 6CycleMind will headline this year's Clean Air Concert. Square One with in-resident hosts Midi G, Phoebe Walker, Danica Sotto and Lorenzo Mara will also be there.
