In case you need more convincing: No woman wants a guy who’s messier than her. Being a slob will never pull in the chicks. Besides, do you really want to invite a girl to your crowded, filthy, and utterly disorganized place? We thought so.

With that in mind, we’ve compiled a few practical organization tips and tricks you can actually use whether you’re living alone, with your woman, or with the parental units. Check them out below and be a tad closer to being a more organized bro!

Got a hundred clothes that need to be hung, but only one measly rod in your closet? Place soda can tabs on your hangers' hooks and hang the outfits that won’t fit on the rod using the tabs’ holes. Easy-peasy.

Lint rollers aren’t just for your clothes! You can use it to clean up tricky stuff like speakers, sofas, lampshades, pool tables—anything with a cloth surface. You can also use it to clean up small pieces of broken glass and glitter, as well as the insides of drawers and bags. It's basically a wonder tool with many wonderful uses!

You can only hang one or a couple of bath towels on the run-of-the-mill bar in your bathroom, but if you place a few S hooks on it, you can get more stuff drying at the same time.

HANGING ORGANIZERS TO MAXIMIZE SPACE

Those hanging shoe racks being peddled on infomercials can be used for more than just your kicks! You can hang one in a cabinet and use it to store, say, cleaning supplies and hang another in your closet to store stuff like your belts, socks, or handkerchiefs. If your cabinets or closets are too cramped, hang the shoe rack behind your door and maximize the space behind it (but not too the point of blocking the way).
