It’s that time of the year again when we get to witness paradise on Earth in the form of San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC), where all the newest and coolest stuff converge.

As usual, fans were treated to a massive display of exclusive trailers, gadgets, and toys during the first day of the SDCC. Here are some of the annual event’s highlights:

Real-life Iron Man

No, it’s not Robert Downey Jr., aka Marvel’s genius-billionare-playboy-philanthropist Tony Stark. This time, we have “real-life Iron Man” Richard Browning demonstrating the hovering capabilities of his suit.

Check out Browning’s motivation in pursuing this crazy prototype tech despite having no formal engineering background.

Marvel’s Inhumans

The media company once again brought the house down with a new trailer for their upcoming TV series, which is expected to be released sometime this September.

Pacific Rim: Uprising

Guillermo del Toro’s mighty Jaegers are back to kick some Kaiju ass with this teaser featuring John Boyega (Star Wars) in the sequel to the 2013 hit.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle

Missing Eggsy and his crew and their sharp, British style? Well they’re back with this sneak peek for the upcoming sequel to Kingsman: The Secret Service. There’s also going to be an American side to things when they meet their US agent counterparts played by Channing Tatum (Jupiter Ascending) and Pedro Pascal (Game of Thrones).

Stargate: Origins

It’s only a 30-second first look, but it was enough to send Stargate fans into a frenzy. Based on the clip, it seems that we’re getting some sort of prequel after more than two decades since the 1994 movie was released.

Krypton

Despite his glaring absence from Justice League trailers, we’ll be getting to know more about the Man of Steel with this prequel scheduled for 2018 that delves into his legendary lineage.

Luke Skywalker’s Landspeeder

Got an extra $500 to burn (for your kids)? Here’s the perfect souvenir to get for your young padawans. Make them feel like the great Jedi’s apprentices by letting them have their very own anti-gravity craft based on the popular franchise.

Hot Toys

If you’re searching for something that adult toy aficionados can appreciate then look no further. The production house has got you covered with their massive mouth-watering collection of 1/6th scale action figures based on movies like The Avengers, Justice League, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
