There has been a slew of criticism on the idea of formally integrating sex education into the local education system.

The Philippines, with its predominantly conservative society, has harbored a negative connotation when it comes to the topic of sex; the image of students giggling during science class while the reproductive system is being discussed isn't helping the Department of Education's (DepEd) cause.

Enter AsapSCIENCE.

Canadian YouTubers Mitchell Moffit and Gregory Brown created the channel to present science, including every branch and discipline, in a highly accessible manner. After watching their videos, we think the DepEd should take style cues from the edutaining duo.
