How do you usually order your pizza? Do you prefer placing an order online or would you rather go at it the old school way and call their hotline for a delivery?
But how about ordering through your sneakers for a change?
That's right. Pizza lovers who are also into the sneaker game are going to order their favorite dough dish faster than they can cop Jordans with a new product from—where else?—Pizza Hut.
According to Ad Week, Pizza Hut is creating 64 pairs of limited edition sneakers that allow you to order your pizza with the simple press of a button on the tongue of your shoes.
This dope pair is called 'Pie Tops' and it uses geolocation to find the user and place the order for you through a special Pizza Hut app.
Yum Brands media and advertising Vice President David Daniels said they immediately took on the project after learning of the cool concept.
"As far as we know, this has never been done before. We feel it's highly culturally relevant. Sneakers are hot. We've enlisted a really cool professional to design these shoes for us—the Shoe Surgeon out of L.A. These 64 pairs are handmade, and pretty cool," he said.
