Looks like every sip of your favorite wake-me-up drink doesn't only help you stay up, apparently, it also helps your junjun in that it could help prevent erectile dysfunction (ED).
According to researchers from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, guys who consume between 85 and 170 milligrams of caffeine a day were 42 percent less likely to report symptoms connected to erectile dysfunction compared to non-caffeine drinkers. The 170-milligram mark though seems to be the point of diminishing return as men who have a daily intake of 171 and 303 milligrams of caffeine showed only a 39 percent decrease in the onset of ED symptoms.
The researchers surveyed 3,700 men, and published the study in the peer-reviewed science journal PLOS (Public Library of Science) ONE, as reported by Fox News.

A regular cup of coffee amounts to 95 milligrams of caffeine, which means it's advisable to drink at least two to three cups of coffee a day for you to lessen the risk of having your penis sign up for an early retirement. Researchers believed that the caffeine rush relaxes your penile arteries and the smooth muscle which holds up your schlong. The relaxation may, in turn, increase the penile blood flow. Simply put, it helps your slim shady to, well, stand up.
