Seriously, how hot can it still get? The Philippine Atmospheric, Geographical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) recorded the hottest temperature in the country so far this year at 39.7 degrees Celsius last Thursday, May 15, and the days that followed weren't any better either. Summer's been a blast, but we really can't wait for the rainy season to kick in!

Electric fans and pamaypays aren't doing the trick, air-conditioners are taking a toll on our electricity bill, and we're too low on moolah to even think about going to Baguio or Tagaytay. So girls, we're afraid you have no choice but to take your clothes off and get naked. It's the right thing to do!

Besides, did you know that nakedness will do you a lot of good? Read on to know more about the benefits of being in your birthday suit!

1) When our clothes are soaked in sweat, they can be a breeding ground for bacteria, which can cause various infections and terrible B.O.!. Believe it or not, being naked lowers your risk of being exposed to these harmful and kadiri things.

2) Give your skin some much-needed air! Toxins come out of our bodies when we sweat, but covering yourself in tight clothing may result to your skin reabsorbing those toxins, which is a big no-no. Take off your clothes and detoxify!

3) According to Cosmopolitan US, sleeping naked allows you to sleep more soundly, which helps decrease the stress hormone Cortisol in your body. When your sleep is disrupted, your cortisol will be too high when your alarm goes off, making you more likely to wake up hungry for comfort food. So yeah, nudity will help you lose weight, too.

4) Nudity leads to more Vitamin D! Most of us don't absorb enough of the sunshine vitamin in our lifetime, which leads to numerous ailments, including cancer, heart disease, and osteoporosis. Those who bare it all harvest larger amounts of Vitamin D in a quicker time span.
