Julie Anne San Jose, 24, has only one body goal in life: "I just want to be healthy."
The GMA-7 singer-actress, who looked toned in her sporty beach look last March 21, has a simple fitness regimen: eating right and sleeping on time.
"I don't actually have a particular fitness routine.
"Like, I haven't really been working out for the past few months," Julie Anne told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the H&M Conscious event last April 3, at the Metropolitan Museum of Manila.
"I used to do a lot of Muay Thay and then a lot of cardio, and then I just decided to stop it, and just focus on what I eat."
The Kapuso performer doesn't put a limit on what she eats.
She continued, "I eat everything like rice, bread, carbs—everything.
"I never deprive myself
"I guess, kasi, maybe mabilis talaga metabolism ko? I don't know.
"And then whenever people ask me what's my diet or what's my workout,
"And then, it'll be all like, 'Oh, lucky you' or 'Ang
"Mabilis lang talaga siguro metabolism."
Despite her busy schedule, also Julie Anne takes her sleep seriously.

"Despite being busy or given my hectic schedules, I still manage to sleep six to eight hours a day.
