Tom Cruise reprises his role as IMF agent Ethan Hunt in Mission: Impossible-Fallout coming out in theatres this July 25. Already on its sixth installment, it is not surprising for fans to expect more of the same form the latest in the franchise—fast-paced action, predictable plot, Cruise saving the day, but not before doing one of his famous sprinting scenes.
Despite its certain level of predictability, the movies have always fared well in the box office because it knows what its audience wants, and supplies it in spades.
