There are only 24 hours in a day. With a nine-to-five job, the commute there and back, and everything else you’ve got going on, it can be hard to find the time to workout. You get home from a long day at work and sometimes you just want to crash on your couch and order some pizza. I’ve done it many times myself.

However, no matter how busy or tired you are, it’s important to make time for a workout, even if it’s only a quick one. Here’s a quick 10-minute workout that you can do in the comfort of your own apartment or house. It consists of body weight exercises and requires no equipment, which means you have no excuses!


 Perform the three exercises below as a circuit. Do each for one minute at your own pace, moving immediately to the next exercise. After finishing all three, take a one minute break before starting all over again. In this manner, do the circuit three times. Make sure to focus on form and quality of repetitions, rather than quantity.

B) Lower your body and touch the floor with your chest
C) Push your body right back up
