Bruises are a total pain in the bum, but we’re bound to get them at one point or another, especially when we’re exercising. Here’s how you can get rid of all those pesky blue-black spots the proper way: Apply some ice, then rub on a cream made specifically for bruises (bruise creams are normally available at drug stores). They’ll be gone before you know it!

Planks are some of the best core-sculpting exercises out there, but it’s easy to mess it up. Do it right by making sure your weight is evenly distributed between your forearms and feet, and make sure your body forms a straight line from your head to your heels. Now, suck your body in: Clench your navel and glutes, and pull your shoulder blades down. Now that’s a form any fitness trainer would be proud of!

According to a new study, drinking a glass of orange juice at least once a day can raise your odds by 25-percent, while eating grapefruits thrice a week can give you a 41-percent higher melanoma risk versus those who have never touched a grapefruit in their entire lives.
