Reviewing for the Bar Exam and waiting for its results are equally pressure-packed for any would-be lawyer. Events leading up to the test itself and the announcement of results could seriously take a toll on someone who had already spent almost a decade trying to absorb everything he or she can about the subject matter.
That is why when the Supreme Court released the results for last year's bar examination today, you could only imagine how big an aspiring lawyer's sigh of relief is upon finding his or her name on the double-edged list.
A Bar taker could easily age a few years due to the stress brought about by that dreadful downtime prior to the reveal, however, the same cannot be said about one of the exam's topnotchers, who caught our eye in a tweet by GMA News Breaking.
Her name's Mandy Therese Anderson, from the Ateneo de Manila University. She earned a 86.15-percent average, good for fifth place among the 1,731 passers—aka new lawyers—out of the 6,665 takers (a 26.21 percent passing rate).
According to her Facebook account, she works at the Villaraza & Angangco Law Offices in Bonifacio Golbal City, Taguig.
We can only get so much from stalking her on social media; one thing we've learned though, is that she loves herself some dogs.
Look at how close she is with them pooches.
Congratulations, Atty. Mandy! Hope you accept our friend request!
