Reigning NBA MVP Derrick Rose is a sight to behold.
This season, he’s still up to his old tricks: breaking ankles, and leaving a trail of doom past helpless defenders on his way to powerful throw down or a twisty lay-up we could only dream of doing. It's what hoop dreams are made of.
The kid’s quite a specimen, and in spite of his sterling play on the court, he remains humble.
Perhaps the same could be said about his new kicks, the adiZero Rose 2.5, his fourth signature shoe. Released just last February 1, the shoe is adidas basketball at its highest level. By and large, it’s as pure a basketball shoe as you’d ever find today: fundamentally sound, and sweet-looking minus any grandiose dreams of looking like something that came from outer space.
