Last week’s Vroom showcase featured the first of five new Kawasaki releases, the Ninja 250 R.
Its lightweight artillery and amazing motorbike specs sure caught our fancy from miles away. (Click here to check that Ninja out.)
But nothing’s more eye-gripping than the rise of one big, bad cruiser bike that will catapult Kawasaki Motors Philippines into the realm of dream bikes: the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom.
The Vulcan boasts an exceptional roll-on acceleration that matches the get-up-and-get-go of much larger motorcycles. It has a massive rare tire, and has a light-looking front end highlighted by a thin 21-inch cast wheel. Its sculpted bodywork is certainly an eye magnet, that much we know.
The bike also has a 27 inch seat height, which is perfect for its wide rear. The slender appearance at the front can be attributed to its minimalist fender and small front fork covers. The handlebar itself is bad-ass: having a sporty, straight-style handle which adds to the bike’s custom styling with twin tubes elegantly curve back from the upper triple clamp. The Vulcan also has foot pegs instead of the traditional floorboards.
(To see is to believe, my friend. Check out our gallery of the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom below.)
The tank is composed of curves with exclusively radiating radii. And don’t even get us started on the mufflers. It contains emission reducing honeycomb catalyzers, and add to that the fact that it looks great. The tank mounted speedometer is a bonus, packing turn signal indicators with caution lamps for a safer drive.
Speed-wise, the Vulcan 900 Custom will give you nothing but the feeling of freedom and confidence when on the road. Let’s just say it out-accelerates anything else in its class out on the highways with a powerful torque engine. You'll have complete control of the road.
With a matte black cruiser so good-looking, a big-bike feel, and speed and comfort not being an issue, the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom is the pride of this year’s Kawasaki releases.
