Spooky Decals Teach Drivers Using Bright Headlights A Lesson

There are many types of annoying drivers in the Philippines and one of the most irritating are those who use bright headlights. 

There seems to be no way to apprehend these hard-headed drivers...until now.

Apparently in China, some drivers have thought of a way to ward off pesky tailgaiting motorists whose headlights are on full blast. A number of Chinese motorists have decided to decorate their rear windows with spooky car decals which can only be seen by drivers with high beam headlights. 

The decals feature images of scary characters from famous horror movies such as The Grudge and The Ring.

However, police have caught on the drivers' antics and warned that they could face fines if caught using these stickers as these may cause road accidents. 

Police in Jinan said they'll issue a fine worth ¥100 or about P700 to motorists who will be caught with the scary decals.

The scary stickers retail between ¥17 to ¥87 or roughly P100 to P600.
