We used to lose sleep thinking about how Maine Mendoza's voice might sound.

But the mystery finally came to a close when she sang a duet with her love interest Alden Richards. Earlier, we also heard Maine's voice on a YouTube video, singing a portion of Amy Winehouse's "Valerie."

Our reaction to both of these: Eat Bulaga!'s golden girl has a sweet voice.

And we don't need to wait for an actual album nor another AlDub duet to hear more of her.

Currently, there are several videos on YouTube featuring Maine's covers of several contemporary songs. The tunes, as mentioned in the video description, were apparently culled from the music-making network Smule, on which Maine is a member and currently has 13.3k followers. The songs appear on her Smule page but for the sake of convenience, we've posted the YouTube links here.

Aside from her angelic intonation, what you'll notice is Maine's varied selection of songs. She covers both guys and girls, and has demonstrated an ability to adjust. She can sing "Thinking Out Loud" with that signature Sheeran smoothness but can also belt it out with a little jaggedness as she does in Alanis' "Head Over Feet." We'll stop short of calling the covers perfect, but this girl definitely has something whirling in that petite frame of hers.

Listen to her playlist now:

1)   ED SHEERAN - "THINKING OUT LOUD"

2)   JASON MRAZ - "LUCKY"

3)   NORAH JONES - "DON'T KNOW WHY"

4)   BRUNO MARS - "IT WILL RAIN"

5)   ALANIS MORISETTE - "HEAD OVER FEET"

6)   KEANE - "SOMEWHERE ONLY WE KNOW"
