If you happened to miss the lovable, fuzzy, and orange character from the '90s, then rejoice because Crash Bandicoot will officially be back on the Playstation 4. Activision and Vicarious Visions will be bringing back a remastered version of the game.

It was first announced during E3 2016 that that the videogame will be returning as a remastered trilogy, the first of which will be entitled Crash Bandicoot: The N’Sane Trilogy. No need to worry that it will be totally different from the original though. The significant change that fans will be notice are in the upgraded graphics and cool new features, including a unified checkpoint & save game system with manual and auto-save, a unified menu system, and time trials for all three parts.

The Crash Bandicoot: The N’Sane Trilogy collection will include Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2, and Crash Bandicoot Warped.

As of now, there's no exact date as to its official release. Other rumors suggest that it will come, ehem, crashing into the market as early as February 2017.

Meanwhile, let's all admire Crash Bandicoot's new look in this trailer:
