Atlanta Hawks' forward Mike Scott may not be as NBA famous as his team's All-Star trio of Al Horford, Paul Millsap, and Jeff Teague. But that sure didn't stop the ATL Nation from loving the guy. He's a sparkplug off the bench. The guy is just (excuse us, Gary V.) pure energy.

And we just witnessed that burst of energy moments ago when Scott's Atlanta Hawks faced their Eastern Conference rivals, the Washington Wizards. During the middle of the fourth quarter, Scott drove to the rim on a fast break play, with the Wizards' Bradley Beal trying his best to stop him.

Apparently, Beal's best ain't good enough:

The Hawks would also walkaway with the W, beating the Wizards, 105-96. Hopefully, Beal's 23 points can help heal his wounded pride.
