Sometimes, and even in the world of sports, bad news outweigh the good. A boxing phenomenon, for one, is being plagued by tax evasion cases; a basketball hall of famer is reportedly struggling through retirement. And a promising New York squad's playoff chances are now in jeopardy more than ever, among others. Having millions of dollars in earnings just won't do these days. More money means more problems ika nga.

But alas, one athlete of comical nature arises this week, disregarding all the negativity that came our way. Enter Mick Pennisi, a PBA veteran who has since gained viral fame courtesy of "The Flop," a move that involves the Barako Bull center faking a fall to the ground to earn a referee's sympathy. Except he did an exceptionally terrible job doing it, which you can see for yourself here.

Mick will be the talk of the town for the next few games, that we might as well make a phenomenon out of it and compare him to Linsanity. Find out who else made their mark in our sports dashboard this week.
