Why pay attention to the opinion of your ex's new girlfriend when you can listen to loving comments from your brothers?
Recently, Russell Westbrook was asked about Stephen Curry picking James Harden over him in the race for the Most Valuable Player award, to which he responded, "I don't care, it don't matter what he say. Who's he?"
The first-ever unanimous and reigning back-to-back MVP had a point when he said Harden would beat Westbrook "record-wise," but of course Oklahoma City Thunder's alpha dog has to stay angry to be at his best, thus answering that way.
Seriously, though, Russ was right about not minding all the chatter and just concentrate on improving his team in time for the playoffs. Better yet, leave the MVP campaigning in the hands of OKC's charismatic and elite frontcourt duo, the 'Stache Brothers.'
Enes Kanter recently posted a video of him and Steven Adams, revealing the things they love, and honoring their "leader," their "hero," their "fashion icon," their "King of the Prairie." After watching the clip, we're quite convinced that the Stache Bros should have their own TV show.
