Sony announced that a total of four Jak and Daxter titles created by Naughty Dog will make a return and these include The Precursor Legacy, Jak II, Jak 3, and even Jak X: Combat Racing.
But unlike the remastered Crash Bandicoot trilogy, which was announced earlier, this will only be a ported version with an up-rendering of 1080p.
Still, these games will be given modern PlayStation features like Shareplay, Remote Play, Activity Feeds, and the platinum hunters’ favorite Trophy Support system.
The Jax and Daxter franchise traces its humble beginnings with Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy that was launched in the PlayStation 2 way back in December 2001.
The story-based platformer was an instant hit and spawned numerous titles and spin-offs.
