We all know that last month, the gaming company has forayed into the mobile gaming scene, partnering with Apple to include Super Mario in the roster of games found in the App Store. Mario creator, Shigeru Miyamoto, then announced that the game was also going to be available on Android, but with no hint as to when.
Now, it seems that we're even closer to the game's release on Android since the game now has its own download page on the Play Store. However, it's only available for pre-registration, meaning you'll get an alert via email when the game is already downloadable.
Similar to the one in iOS, Super Mario Run will also be free to download, but you'll have to pay at least P500 to access the full game. Take note, this will just be a one time payment, according to Miyamoto, in order to encourage more players to download it. The game is also an online-only game, so you'll have to connect via internet everytime you want to access it.
