Amidst the march of today's newest tech toys, which include smartphones, tablets, and even 4K ultra-definition TVs, the so-called ultrabooks take a special place in our geeky fantasies. They look damn good on the outside with their sleek and shiny metallic frames and, at the same time, sport some of the best hardware ever to be slapped on a laptop. Which is why whenever we see a new one in the flesh, halos napapa-wow kami sa bilib. True story.
What's worth rejoicing for local geeks is that ultrabooks have landed here in the Philippines, and are continuing to trickle in as the months go by. In fact, we were able to play and spend some time with one of the newest, most popular members of the lot: the ASUS' Zenbook Prime. We had a grand time with it, something that pushed us to include it in our recent pogi gadgets list.
