The World’s First 3D Smartphone. If that doesn’t make you pay attention, then it’s positive: you’re Amish. That, or you’ve learned to hate the fact that everything seems to be slapped with “3D!” ever since Avatar teased us with those pretty, little, floating thingies and horses with more than four hooves. But from those huge cinema screens to the TV’s they’re peddling now, 3D technology has now trickled onto mobile devices. And claiming to be the first of its kind is the LG Optimus 3D.

From the looks of it, it seems to be a smartphone that’s nothing out of the ordinary. It’s  sleek and classy, just how a modern smartphone in the upper rungs should strive to look like. It has heft, never failing to make its presence felt at 168 grams, although it’s amazingly slick at just 7mm thick. If you’ve the cash—29,990 pesos to be exact—you probably wouldn’t mind forking it over for this baby just because it looks like it genuinely plays the part of a phone in that price range.

But you’d be glad to know that it matches its physical presence with technological firepower that should have no trouble getting the geek inside you glossy-eyed with enthusiasm. Check out the galleries below for a rundown of its strongest features.
