Heads up, all you call center industry peeps!
Jabra, a brand that has mastered the art of making kick-ass headsets for both casual and business use, has come up with another set of goodies that will help make your work easier while also making you look cool and hi-tech as heck.
These bad boys have the functionality and style that make them bagay for a scene in a James Bond film, no kidding! Check them out below!
JABRA PRO 900 SERIES
Being stuck in your station because of the never-ending stream of calls is really constricting. But it doesn’t have to be that way, no sir!
Made with the call center boss in mind, the Pro 900 Series enables wireless taking and ending of calls with a whopping range of up to 300 feet! Hook it up with a compatible desk phone (the upgraded version of the home landline used for business communications) or its virtual counterpart, the softphone, and you’ll be able to answer calls while hunting down the office slackers and dozers.
Just don’t use it to make worthless tsikahan, okay?
The Pro 900 Series also delivers high-definition audio and a noise-cancelling microphone so you can blurt out commands and instruction without the annoying “Ser, malabo ka po” response. Well, as long as the network cooperates, that is.
JABRA BIZ 2300
For call center agents who want to have less bulk on their head and none of the ear pain associated with wearing a headset for hours, here’s the Jabra Biz 2300.
A sleek and lightweight device that won’t hug your head like a vice grip, this headset is designed for whole-day comfy wearability. That and crystal clear customer calls, thanks to noise-cancellation tech. Don’t let it’s petite look fool you though; this toughie also boasts of a break-proof boom arm that houses the microphone as well as a Kevlar-reinforced cord.
JABRA MOTION OFFICE
This little bugger right here is the smaller but more hi-tech version of the aforementioned Pro 900 Series. Like its bigger bro, it connects wirelessly to your office desk phone or VoIP (voice over Internet) apps. But it gets better: The device hooks up with your smartphone or tablet as well so you can use it while you're sipping on your fave cup of joe at some swanky coffee place somewhere or if you're too darn lazy to pick up your phone in your home.
The Motion Office also comes packaged with a touchscreen base for added functionality. Think of it as a miniature command center where you can manage calls and juice up the device. Finally, the Motion Office is “polygamous” as it’s able to stay connected with multiple phones at any one time. Taray!
Note: Jabra's new headphones will be available in the Philippines although local SRPs are yet to be official. To give you an idea though, their most recent releases, the Biz 2300 and the 900 Series, start at $109 (around P4,860) and $199 (around P8,900) respectively while the Motion Office goes for $375 (around P16,700) abroad.
