Google+ claims that they're 170 million strong but let's face it, there's barely any of our friends who admit to using the service. Sure, they've signed up when the roll-out began, but the novelty quickly wore off and little by little, Plus was minus regular visitors. A couple weeks back we took a poll about how many of you are actually on Google+ and less than 10% said they spent over two hours on it in a month while a 62% said they only spend a few minutes on it in an entire month. It's pretty big numbers from what Facebook has, where a 2011 study by Experian put the heaviest users from 8 countries at an average of 24 minutes on the site per session. We think it's safe to say that Google+ has a long way to go, but anyway here's a screenshot of the new interface.

Google has also added a 'Trending' list, and unfortunately for this author, Jennifer Lopez is on the top spot. We have to hand it to the Big G though, they've finally put customization as a priority, and it might look like Facebook's sigh-heaving, frustration-inducing Timeline, but we kind of like it. For a better understanding of what's new, check out the video below. We leave you with a warning: the video's soundtrack by YouTube celebrity Kina Grannis might get you to watch the video more than once, but we doubt it'll make you an active user on Google+.
