We Filipinos are used to playing ball on courts like this:

Yep, we honed our "killer crossovers" and 360-degree-fadeaway-jump-shots mostly on street corner goals and open-air gyms with "natural" air-conditioning. And we never complained. It's the experience that counts, bros!

But then we saw this:

...and we quickly proclaimed that we'd give anything to play on it! It's called the House of Mamba, a basketball court that doubles as a big-ass LED display!

Hold your jaws, bros. Here's another look:

A collaboration between Nike and UK-based ideas and innovation company AKQA, it was developed for the shoe brand's RISE basketball campaign in China.

The House of Mamba, located in Shanghai, contains in-court LEDs and reacts to a player's movements on the court and displays corresponding visuals based on their actions. This gives optimum creativity and flexibility in terms of creating all sorts of training routines. To make it even more hi-tech, the court features motion tracking and projects graphics as well. #BoomPanes

Add all that and you've got something that almost looks like something straight out of a video game:

To seal the deal, the court-makers also invited the Black Mamba himself to test their hi-tech arena. Kobe Bryant trained 30 super duper lucky Chinese players on this one-of-a-kind court. Whoa, ang swerte ninyo!

Another drool-worthy tidbit: When not in use, the court can display other kinds of graphics. A giant version of NBA 2K14, anyone?

Good job, Nike! Now how about making one for Pinas, yes? Rest assured that if you do, dudumugin 'yan!
