We're just a day away from the long-awaited and cheered-for arrival of Star Wars: The Force Awakens on local theatres! Woot! Woot!
For those who won't be able to watch it within the next couple of days though, a fair warning: Prepare for a flood of spoilers (both intentional and unintentional) that follows on the heels of every big movie release.
You could stay safe by going on online hiatus. That should work, but do you really want to temporarily cut ties with the wonderful world of the Internet?
We thought so. So here's a much simpler solution that doesn't involve going offline: Install the Force Block Chrome extension.
You'll already have an idea of what it does via its name: it basically blocks sites that potentially contain spoilers related to the Stormtrooper-filled flick. If you visit one such site, Force Block blocks access via a splash page which contains a Star Wars quote, like the one below:
You could choose to ignore and go on browsing, but don't tell the extension it didn't warn you, mkay?
Force Block only works for Chrome so make sure you have the Big G's browser installed, then click here to get started.
