Well, how about that? The iPhone 5S is almost one year old!
For those not taking count, the device was formally announced last year on September 10. You know what that means: its predecessor, the iPhone 6 (or whatever the heck it will be called) is coming really soon! Hey, Apple releases a new one each year without fail, you know.
Since we're talking about one of the most iconic handsets of all time here, expect more and more rumors to arrive the closer we get to D-Day (which reportedly might be two weeks from now). We've previously compiled the ones that actually make sense, as well as the concepts that are just too damn good to be true. A NEW CHARGING CABLE

Recent rumors have it that the iPhone 6 will feature a charging cable with a reversible USB plug. In other words, you can now plug the device to a USB port without being concerned on which side is up. A simple change that's really convenient. Hey, why aren't all USB cables like that?
The rumor originated from a bunch of leaked photos that featured a double-sided connector. The photos allegedly came from iPhone manufacturer Foxconn. Interesting...
A CURVIER BODY

Based on the latest supposedly leaked photos of the real thing from Chinese site yaya888, the iPhone 6 looks to be curvier than its blocky predecessor. The corners and edges are now more rounded, making it look a wee bit like the Samsung Galaxy S5.
What we keep noticing though is the larger overall size. We've reported on this before and it popping out frequently might just mean it could be real. As they say, when there's smoke, there's fire.

For mobile speedfreaks, the iPhone 6 will reportedly have a faster modem that can support LTE-A (or LTE-advanced, sometimes called 5G) and is capable of handling speeds of up to 150Mbps. Not that 4G LTE is big here, but this is still a good thing since the iPhone 5S only offers a max of 100Mbps.
Also, have you heard of Smart's recent 5G testing? We smell a nice combo here!
