HTC's new collection of smartphone has just been released in the Philippines and even though it was missing a member of the One triumvirate, we still couldn't help but drop our jaws at the HTC One X. It seems that HTC has another, unannounced phone tightly under wraps though, as Japanese site Sumahon reports of the seemingly unknown device that is capable of data speeds that'll seem like your WiFi is on steroids.
Dubbed the HTC J ISW13HT, it's powered by Android 4.0 on top of Sense 4.0 while the insides are being taken cared of by the snappy Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chip clocking in at 1.5GHz. Memory is at 1GB while storage is at 16GB expandable via microSD. In contrast to the One X, which was stripped of the staple microSD slot to make way for cloud storage, the J ISW13HT seems to be going in the steps of other devices like the One V that, at 4GB, is badly in need of some microSD help.
We're more than puzzled at the given name of the device though, especially coming from a company that's known to have recall-friendly names for their handsets; Desire, Wildfire and Sensation, and why the sudden removal from the site? Regardless, we're hoping to get a glimpse of the ninja device soon and will surely post it on here when newsworthy updates become available.
