"What, Lenovo also makes smartphones?"
Believe it, bro.
This might come as a surprise to non-geeks but, yes, the Big L isn't all about awesome desktop rigs and pro-level laptops; they make smartphones, too! And the ones they make really have potential—something that we'd expect from a brand that's among the world's biggest PC manufacturers.
But don't just take our word for it. You can find out for yourselves because their handsets are also available here in the Philippines, like the three brand-spankin'-new ones below!
You might as well say that its A is for affordability. This little chap is the cheapest of the trio. Still, it manages to pack hardware that won't make you feel you're stuck in 2005. For starters: a quad-core processor.
Hardware highlights: Quad-core CPU, 4.5-inch touchscreen, 5-megapixel camera (VGA secondary), dual-SIM capability, Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth
All that for: P5,999
Aimed at people with more money the mid-range market, the S660 has beefed-up hardware compared to the A526 and a brushed aluminum and blocky facade that makes it look like a manly slab of metal. Don't be fooled by its sosi looks though, this phone is actually not bad news for your naghihingalo budget.
Hardware highlights: 1.3GHz quad-core CPU, 1GB RAM, 4.7-inch touchscreen, 8-megapixel camera (VGA secondary), dual-SIM, 3,000mAh battery

This bad boy is one of Lenovo's latest superphones, and it certainly has the goods to deserve that tag. Think of it as the S660's bigger, meaner sibling; it has the same sleek brushed metal exterior but with a larger display, twice the RAM, and an even larger battery for "Walang Iwanan" operation.
Hardware highlights: 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 5.3-inch HD touchscreen, 16GB built-in capacity, dual-SIM, 8-megapixel camera (1.6-megapixel secondary), 4,000mAh battery
All that for: P15,999
Note: The Lenovo A526, S660, and S860 are available locally in Lenovo retail shops and distributors around the metro
